Basically, I bought a Lucas for 18k, I think... and I sat there as I had purchased him, and it came up " This item has already been purchased ", so I pressed OK and he disappeared, I restarted my UT, restarted almost everything and not a single **** piece of shit has appeared since that. It even says when I go onto the web app that I've purchased a Lucas, and he's not appearing anywhere, they also took my coins. What the **** do I do?

They don't have their support chat thing anymore, do they? I can't find it, all I get is some ask thing, and that I have to call them. I called them and waited for 8 minutes then gave up.
