My school laptop has similar specs to your computer and when i tried to run Skyrim on low setting I got around 10-15 fps. Its pretty unplayable unless you have an undesirable urge to play no matter how bad it is. But another thing that effects gaming performance on any computer is your graphics card. (GPU) If you could list your graphics card, or GPU specs, i could give you a lot of a better view on the kind of gameplay your looking at with yours.

Skyrim is getting to be an older game. On low settings, chances are you're set.

Ok, your laptop is using 'Intel Integrated Graphics' as of the few laptops I looked at. This is graphics either built in to your cpu, or your motherboard. Unfortunately laptops with these type of Integrated graphics are meant for simple web browsing, school work, etc. So, that being said, back to Skyrim. You most likely aren't going to get a rather playable performance with your specs (again as far as i know). But, there are TONS of ways to boost gaming performance and fps in games, when you are trying to play games on computers that originally "could not run games". For example, there's a program called 'Game Booster', and also several types of settings you can change to boost your performance tremendously (you can find lots of way's on YouTube etc.). So, all that being said, If I were you, I would download it and test run it to see how much base fps you get without system tweaks or GameBooster. (I'm estimating based on past experiences you will get around 10 fps in general, give or take.) then from there, search on YouTube for ways to improve your gaming performance and/or on Skyrim. Try a few things out and you might end with a playable game with around 15-20 max fps. (with some system/graphics tweaks)

If you have any questions, or need more help upon this topic's behalf, feel free to PM me, or reply on this topic again. Good luck with playing Skyrim, and I hope the best for your situation.
