Blacklight: Retribution, APB Reloaded just go on the free to play section on Steam and see what you might like

Why steam? Steam is the last place for free.

Anyways, like what TheUnloved said: just search for them. APB: Reloaded was pretty good when I played it. Not sure if the lag and hackers are still there. Even driving around is fun.

What other options for free games does he have more than on Steam? Most of the other free games not connected with Steam are just MMO's and RPG's plus I dont know what type of games he likes so I suggested Steam.
