Motherboard - ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+
CPU - AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
GPU - EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit
Power - Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650
Case - NZXT Guardian 921 RB
Burner - LG Internal Super Multi Drive
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1tb

How is this build for around 800$

you should really take a look at this it has everything you need [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
just add some case fans remove the monitor and keyboard if you dont need them and get a more powerful graphics card for around 250-300

I wouldn't use the APU.

For an $800 build, it's pointless to get an APU and high-end FM2 motherboards have no real niche in the market because they're contradictory. FM2 is a budget platform.

APU with a dedicated GPU? That's pretty stupid.

Here's would I would buy with $800:

Will run every game on highest settings easily. Also will be a good overclocker with a decent after market CPU cooler.

That's the best I came up with, should overclock well, good CPU cooler, good GPU, took your choice of the case(even though I'd personally cut that back to red version, saves 10$)
