I know there are many Cars/planes in GTA V that we cannot find within the game. I was just wondering if there was anyway of Modding them into the game?

I would like to fly the Cargo plane again, Also the FIB buffalo and the undercover crown victoria which are not used by the Police in single player.
*EDIT* Also the Police Riot van.
