AWL wrote Its really not hard to clean one.
You just need to know what you are doing.
A couple characters in hex editor doesn't mean its clean. It still could be dirty.
There is no real way to test it unless your prepared to get a KV banned. Hex editor doesn't mean sh*t anymore like you said. People trying to make servers, if it's not clean your going to have a LOT of work to do

Why do people even try to get the source codes anymore?
I mean really, how hard is it to learn c++ and code your own .xex.
I looked at it and its fairly simple to do. Just look at the 16203 .xex source and update the offsets. Then you can put your ip in and then add it to your server. A physical server, not a web based one.
Then just upload your files and your done.
Really simple.

People think decrypting it and putting in the ip via Hex editor will work... Im guilty of trying myself, but it won't work, you need to know C++

Learning C++ takes time to understand. Reversing takes time to understand and in general the process is time consuming (<My fav word)
I really don't understand why kids think the public sources and public released links like these will actually help them create a script when there is more to do.

I don't even think you need a physical server. A hosted one would probably still work.

You are correct, you don't need a server... You still need the clean files tho...

What would be the point of advancing? Making money like douch3bags? people only care about themselves-well some people- so getting yourself online would be the main goal for anyone at this point :/ some people are ass holes *cough* devon

Who said creating a server for getting online makes you want money?
Could be to show off or even be private. Something to achieve.
