All credit goes to Razi for the method!
What you will need:
USB Flash Drive (Atleast 100 MB)
Horizon (Modding tool)
Dashlaunch (Whatever version was on your HDD)
Xex Menu or FX Menu (Only need one of them)
A clean launch.ini (Which I will provide)
What to do:
1. Take out your HDD from your xbox.
2. Plug your USB into your computer, open horizon and put Xex Menu or FX Menu into the "Game Demos" folder.
3. Put dashlaunch on the root of your usb along with the clean launch.ini.
4. Plug the USB into your xbox and boot it up, open up dash launch and make sure that it works.
5. Turn off your xbox then plug in the HDD and reboot your xbox (Keeping the USB in there), your xbox should boot, once it does remove the USB and go into dashlaunch and remove whatever plugin was causing the E71 error and save.
6. Then you're done!

Or, just press the eject button when you power up your console.
That seems like an easier way.
Nice try though.

Or you could just put dashlaunch on a usb, plug it in to your jtag and start it up, it will load dashlaunch and it wont load the laucnh.ini from your HDD.
Then press RB and go down to your HDD and press A to load the launch.ini from HDD then press LB and go to plugins and remove the bad one.
