Dashboarding/main menuing is your best bet, I waited for 30 minutes on that part and had no luck so did some of my friends in my party. For those people that are barely trying to get on now and have been a few hours AFTER the update, well, you probably have a slim 1-3% chance of getting in successfully, best bet for connecting would probably be tomorrow or Thursday I'd assume.
