So my xbox 360 slim has had parental controls for a long while where it has the family timer and we cant play games until the master account puts in their code. Ive searched online for ways to factory reset xbox's but all of those failed to work, Is there anyone out there who can tell me how to deactivate them?

Factory reset? Well you could also call up Microsoft and ask for a passcode reset for the console.
I done this, I have lost the code though. That code may have expired when I used it.

I had a parental account on my xbox and we didnt used that email for a long time so the email had been deleted.
Because it was deleted we never could get on that account, so i called microsoft and they let me "activate" it.
