I installed the play disk as I do with all my games before I knew about the error it causes but couldn't find a fix online, I deleted the play disk from my hard drive and still have the issue with the game rendering textures and stuff.

Don't worry that happened to me to when I first went online and still is happening now I didn't install the play disc so its ok

Well I deleted the disk I installed but the problems still here so not sure how to fix it.

Have you tried that? I need a bigger usb but don't want to waste my money and have it not working.
