This guy is a scammer! He blocked me on skype and he keeps saying he sent me the tracking number when he didn't. I'm giving him until tomorrow to give me the tracking number or a refund or I'm going to get on the phone with paypal and get my money back.

Hey man incase your saying he scammed you he clearly didn't because you asked him to send the console first then you'll pay but that's not how people do it and then when u said u would pay you did but it didn't go through on his account I seen all his PayPal history , he said he told you to call PayPal and try to get it back so that you can pay to him the right way.
