Have you checked your bank account?

It may have gone straight into the bank instead of your Paypal balance...

That' what I meant, I've checked both my Bank account and PayPal and it isn't there. It said they would close the case once I received the money, however I haven't just yet.

Then contact Paypal, as nobody on this site can tell you anything that you don't already know.

There maybe some issues or whatever, just contact them and they will get back to you.
