I made a emblem on social club for my crew and uploaded it but all it shows is a rockstar emblem and when I press assign to crew emblem it doesn't change what do I got to do?

It's lagging because of the servers, it's happening to me aswell, they'll fix it soon hopefully.

This has been happening for a while now, but I wouldn't let it get to you. If I were you, I would wait it out.
