I was reading on Reddit that the feds had access to the servers since mid-2012 I don't know the site or how it works but if thats the case i'm sure they have pinned a lot of people already.

The owner using stackoverflow was a bit careless.

well surely its a breach of our privacy also I assume they wouldn't be interested in the ones buying more the ones who are selling to be honest

Im pretty sure there are more websites on the onion just like silk road, while silk road is a majority of the trading i don't think the FBI is getting anywhere since people will just look elsewhere.

you are correct there will be other sites like slikroad but smaller but the point is that they must have known about it for years . What made them decide to stop it now rather then ealier?
