I was lvl 12 until my char got reset and thrown back into the tut, and I did them all.
Like the title says, when do these unlock? Drove around this time and couldn't find.

Martin Madrazo just called me and old me about them. I just turned level 18. I could be wrong but i just now got the option for gang attacks

Damn that sucks.. I was thrown into the game without the tut and had everything available(missions), almost everything. I just thought they skipped the tut. Then I get reset.

Friend was level 14 with a property and everything, he got reset and lost everything. Just watch yourself next time.

Well it's not like I got reset for 'cheating' or anything. it was just R*, and I started with the money that I had (around 50k).

I sent in a support email outta rage, but realized they don't care and probably won't even read it.
