BigWes wrote You clearly are biased towards bikes. Also, you fail to recognize that the biker was slowing down while looking back, it does not make sense at all. Now what does make sense is that he was antagonizing the SUV, just a bunch of crazed dudes that think they own the road. Well look what it caused them.

P.S: Cars are not SUV's. There is a big difference, four wheels or two wheels does not make a difference on how your supposed to drive, same traffic laws apply.

No, I'm not biased towards any, I'm using my head and I understand that no-one has any right to cripple a man for something that could have been prevented if he had just manned up and said sorry to the guy he just bumped.

He had every right to cripple that idiot. If you didn't know, the bikers slashed one of his tires and dented his car as reported by witnesses. I just wish the SUV driver would have ran over more of those pathetic excuses for humans.

You cannot look at a situation like this objectively, you formulated an opinion the second you turned off the video.

Of course i ''formulated'' an opinion, just like you.

Taken from what the people in the car said in an interview:

Our fear for our lives was confirmed when the incident ended with the ruthless and brutal attack on my husband, me, and, most importantly, our two-year-old child.''

What a load of BS, the only person getting attacked was the driver yet the woman is trying to make it it was on all of them, again, trying to make it sound worse than it is. The media have always had it in for bikers, more than 6 riders together is a ''gang'' nowadays. It's pathetic, it really is.

I know I formulated an opinion, so did BigWes, Yin and Dunder, but that bias doesn't mean what we're saying is wrong.

You have just demonstrated your bias perfectly, "The media have always had it in for bikers"
Does that mean what you're saying about the video is wrong?
No. What you're saying about the video makes what you're saying about the video wrong.

In the medias eyes, a group of let's say, 6 people, is a ''gang'', that's just an example. The media portray things in a certain way.

The video wouldn't be wrong as it;s recorded by someone who was there. I'm not biased, I'm clearly pointing out a man has been crippled and no-one cares, at all, what a sick world we live in.

No they asked for justice, and hopefully justice will be served. The bikers that were involved deserve to be prosecuted.

People like that do. Their bullying a driver on the road while his family is in his car. Every single one of the bikers that were there and didn't do anything do deserve to dies. That's just my opinion though.

Who said our world did not care? When someone brings this upon their self, it's not as recognized as what happened to the party that was dealt with the worst.

Yin wrote Two frames in the video show exactly who is at fault

You don't do this in the middle of the road for no reason. You are at fault. I would compare it to those insurance scams that trap a driver to hit them. He even looked back at the SUV to see if he was in front of it. You say the SUV had time to stop. I say the biker had time to speed up. All in all, you don't stop in the middle of the road for no reason: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You also don't pin a vehicle so it can't go anywhere. That itself is a form of intimidation and self defense is justified. Since it was self defense, it justifies the crippling of a man (even as bad as that sounds.) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Lol, now it's changed to an insurance scam conspiracy, the lengths some people will go to, he was looking behind to check how far away he was, that's what you do on bikes sometimes.

You are trying to stick up for someone who has crippled a man, pathetic.

You do know what the word 'compare' means, yes? You could 'compare, it to an insurance scam. I was stating that the motorcycle guy had the intentions on either getting hit or stopping the SUV for no reason at all. That is dangerous and against the law. The biker had room to move. Why didn't he slow down on the side of the road or somewhere near the bikers? There is no justification right in the middle of the road in front of a random person's SUV unless you had intentions to stop it (which there were zero reason to stop it.)

I'm not justifying the crippling per se. I am justifying what it takes to protect your family and get them out of harms way. The man could have died and I would still call it justified. That is like saying someone shooting an intruder in their home is at fault. Common sense says to either let the SUV pass or ride with them. Common sense should not say brake-check the guy and trap him. There are just no thoughts in that.

Common sense is not running over a group of bikers making the whole situation worse. IF, and a BIG if at that, his family was going to be in danger (which they wouldn't, bikers aren't animals, stop discriminating them) then running over them wouldn't help, it would make the whole matter worse. The only reason he was chased was because he ran them over, anyone who's friend has just been ran over would chase the person who did it.

People do care about the man being crippled, it's a tragedy.
I would say a group of 6 bikers is a gang, I'm pretty sure my neighbour would say the same thing.
The thing is, it doesn't matter what we call them as long as they aren't doing anything wrong, these bikers obviously did something wrong when they surrounded a man and slashed his tyres.

Ugh this is pissing me off the bikers did what they had to do ! And they ride in packs like that because there are in motorcycle clubs it's something they do out here in major states such as NYC and California. No man should be able to drive like that it's it complety against the law but most of you on ttg wouldn't even know that because you don't drive. The man behind that range rover was obvious under the in fluence or just flat out crazy.

After watching this vid my temper has shot up sky hi it's somewhere in space way out of earths atmosphere , how dare this motorists think you can run over people and get away with it. As a driver when you learn to drive your told pay attention to the changing road conditions for him not to brake when someone was riding Infront of him slowly I think that he wasn't paying due course attention to the road and changing conditions.

Not only has just run over someone he continues driving and getting people on their bikes what does he expect when he's causing so much damage and injury to people it's only fair that he faces the same judgement that he has passed on other people's lives I mean you cannot justify that sort of ignorance I don't know how to explain this it's going beyond ignorance to run over that many people on bikes and think you can get away with it I don't think so man I don't think so,
I'm pretty sure if you hit that one single biker he would've done a runner but in this instance he ran over this one biker by car but fortunately there were many others who held him to account for the one biker but for him to hit so many other bikes and continue running away I believe that he basically deserves to go to jail for the rest of his life what even the death penalty because he's inflicted so much so much damage and killing one rider that is just unacceptable he deserves what's coming to him and whatever came to him during the altercation with the bikers

Bikers deserved it, taunting and intimidating drivers on road is dangerous and this is what happened's I would of done the same thing when a gang of bikers think they can close in on me and intimidate me? Did you not know the guy had a wife and a baby son in the back of his car? do something research first. These guys tried to put the windows through the car and the kid could of bin harmed majorly.
