dunder wrote Hypervyper, you've got some bad arguments.

Earlier, you said that the group of bikers weren't just a bunch of thugs. Yet, police arrested 15, issued court summons to 68, and impounded 55 bikes.

"In order to prevent the group from heading into Midtown this year, police set up checkpoints throughout the city. Kelly said during that effort, 15 arrests were made, 68 summonses were issues and 55 motorcycles were confiscated. No arrests, however, have been made in connection with the attack on Lien."

Seems like some real nice bike enthusiasts there.

These videos were pulled from the same guy's youtube account, before he pulled them down. They were from the same day the incident occured.

view?i=3cd_1380579664

You can clearly see them showing no regard for traffic laws, and driving erratically and dangerously through traffic.

There was no reason for the biker to initially slow down the range rover, that's called impeding the flow of trafiic, and last time I checked, Rule of Law still applied.

None of this was truly the SUV drivers fault, hence the reason why he is not being charged with anything.

It is well known fact bikers are targeted by police for traffic violations more than any other vehicle. They would have pulled most of them over and checked over their bikes, have slight faults would cause them to be impounded etc etc

Fact of the matter is, they were both wrong like I've previously said, but running over them is what cause them to chase him and smash his windows. Driver made the situation worse for himself.

I asked this ealier, but have you ever been in a life or death situation? Your body reacts with the fight or flight response. That's what cause the driver to run when cornered by the bikes. It doesn't matter what the bikers were going to do at the moment, all that mattered was that they cause him to fear for his life. If he wanted to kill or injure the bikers, he would have been swerving all of the road, so many good chances for him to him more, but he obviously just wanted to get away.

You know what's funny? Before the incident, the SUV driver actually called 911 and reported the bikes for erratic driving.

Discrimination at it's finest. Again, proving you have a biased view on a certain group of people. I have no need to reply to you anymore.

-_- No understanding of Sarcasm, I see.
Are you even Human?

That's a rhetorical question by the way, just in case you didn't realize.

I'm saying that you can't say 'All bikers aren't animals'
'Nice' isn't a Synonym for 'Biker'
It's not like saying, 'all Bachelors are unmarried.'

You have no idea what those bikers were going to do and saying there was a possibility of them doing something bad is not discrimination, it's called being a realist.

It's not being a ''realist'', it's called assuming a group of people who ride bikes will attack a mother and baby, there's a word for that...

No, it's not assuming they would, it's realizing there is a possibility that they COULD.
That isn't discrimination.
You could somehow find out where I live, catch a plane and murder me in my sleep.
Is that discrimination? No. It's recognizing a possibility. Not a probability.

The guy on the motorcycle is not dead, around 20-30 surrounded the suv, damaged it and then slashed tires. I would have done the same thing which is get out of there because I fear for my families well being. I have owned a bike for years and those guys were driving like a bunch idiots. The whole incident could have been avoided if the bikes drove the right way instead of menacing people on the highway.
I agree 100%. It's a good thing for the dudes on bikes it was NY and not a state were he could have had a gun to defend his family. That was a bad deal no matter how you view it. P.S. real "bikers" don't ride rice rockets.lol

HyperViper? We have way more valid reasons in our arguments, therefore the SUV driver is innocent.

The possibility of them attacking the mother and child is slim to none, no-one is that sick, yet the woman said in an interview Our fear for our lives was confirmed when the incident ended with the ruthless and brutal attack on my husband, me, and, most importantly, our two-year-old child.''

She is trying to make out she and her baby got attacked when they didn't, she is bending the truth.

You have an equal amount of reasons, not more.

Have you ever been in the real world?

I still have no idea how you can say there was next to no chance of the woman and child being harmed. Especially in a mob, anything can happen, and it's already proven that they were looking to start shit when they were vandalizing the SUV prior to him running over the bikers.

There are tons of people out there that are full of shit, I've experienced it plenty, the fact that you think that they are all a bunch of good, rational people, amazes me.

I still have no idea how you can say there was next to no chance of the woman and child being harmed. Especially in a mob, anything can happen, and it's already proven that they were looking to start **** when they were vandalizing the SUV prior to him running over the bikers.

There are tons of people out there that are full of ****, I've experienced it plenty, the fact that you think that they are all a bunch of good, rational people, amazes me.

Of course I have, I'm living in it right now.

So you can see them vandalizing the SUV PRIOR to him running them over? No, you can't, all you see is them stopping next to him.

EDIT: I have never once said bikers are ''a bunch of good, rational people'', I've merely said that people think they're worse than they are.

I 100% agree fully with you Dunder. HyperViper, you fail to understand one thing, it's not the media or the family that is twisting words, your the one twisting words. the Mother has every right to speak out about her fear, she has not asked for any donations, or pleas. She is an honest women stating what really happened.
