Still cant even launch the stupid race tutorial online. I need some.help.

This is what I did and it worked first time:
1.Delete the Title Update in GTA V under Storage on the Dashboard.
2.Start up the game and re-download the update.
3.Load up the story and hit start.
4.Choose the 'Choose Player' under Online tab
5. Delete the character that was stuck and create a new one in its place.
6.Watch the intro and wait for it to load.
*You may have to wait a minute or two for it to work after you get into the race marker.

It doesn't always work the first time but a friend did it one or two times and he is on now also.
