When I try to give my mate cash it says "You are currently unable to give cash to other players". Any ideas?

It could be a server issue they've stopped like they did with the microtransactions.

Are your friends able to give money?

What you have to do is hold the back button and it should give you the option.

Yes, a friend was able to use this option, yet I was not. Nor was another friend of mine.

The people saying "Just press give cash" are no help. We obviously can't press that if we are asking these questions. Any idea's?

Have you tried joining a new session or restarting the game?

Yes, multiple times. I have also tried dashboarding/restarting my Xbox. Even clearing the cache. Nothing seems to have worked as of yet.
