Dr-J wrote So from what you're saying I can tell you're a person who doesn't want to "go that extra mile" and is fine with the minimum?
I'm correct right?

I go the extra mile with things im passionate about. Nothing here at my college is enjoyable so I don't understand why to go through just for money if I wouldn't be happy. Money is nice but happiness is more important to me. I could live in a small house with the necessities if I had good friends and family and a decent job which I already have and I already know what I want to do in life and Im going to be working non-stop to get to that goal.

What do you like then? Colleges have endless possibilities of classes.

Also, Chances are I would end up getting a degree, just not from this college. I would go to a community college for a year or 2 then transfer to a college closer to home for a year or 2 to finish up.

produce music. This university doesn't have any type of program for that and I could do it without the degree. But It would be nice if it did. I already have a few connections and I ts all on me just to learn the programs and experiment now. So If i focus on that for a few years theres a good chance I could make something out of it

Stick it out dude. It can't be much worse than moving back in with your parents. I'm a senior in hs, and can't wait for the parties

Stay in college. You worked through highschool to get into a college that's not community.

If you want to make it a better time, join some clubs or some recreational sports teams and make some friends!

Just stick with your work and get your degree, your future will be much easier if you do!

I'd be moving to a house with 3 of my friends from HS... which would be parties every night.

Politics wrote College is a must in todays world. The average per year salary is 40% more if you go to college and that's just for normal jobs. It really is a necessity.

like i said, money isnt everything.

If i have a job that can pay my 1/4 rent of a house and have money left over for food and whatever else I want I could live like that forever.

btw I could have a job down in florida making 66k a year climbing cell phone towers if I really wanted. I may have to try that out

You can think what you want,
Money is everything.
It provides the things you need, want, and desire, don't forget about retirement and if you have a family.

House+wife+kids+bills+food Ect. 66k will barely keep you breathing .

But the problem is you can't buy health man.
Better have really good health and less money, than having little health and much money?

Also, I recommend to go out and party on the weekends. It takes off so much stress of being in college.
