My friend bought a 207k apartment and I thought it was pretty cool so I saved up 400k for the most expensive, I bought it and the came to realize it was exactly the same as my friends. 10 car garage and everything.

It's the same inside because they will be adding in the feature to customize your apartment. And the 400k one is only better for the view.
