i knew what he mean't but metaphorically the beta is technically "open". he should of worded his post better saying "when will normal players be able to play the bf4 beta". get it?

Actually you are wrong, the beta that has been out since October 1st is a closed beta for those who have medal of honour warfighter and premium bf3, therefor not everyone has that, so the beta is limited and is closed, however the open beta is for everyone, which I stated in my post

So stop trying to be smart and jog on

The beta will be rolling out worldwide over the course of the day, and won't necessarily be made available at the same time across platforms. Be sure to keep checking back here for the latest updates.

You can always check to see if you have access to the game by logging out and logging back in to your Origin client.
