I seriously doubt it. The people who arent even online are pissed, then after the update add the people who got there rank reset for no reason. So many people would be mad.

If they do, i'll not be happy.. and they shouldn't because they made it so we could do a mission over and over again. They didn't expect us to abuse it for money and xp so they can't.. even if you didnt do that, theres no reason to reset everyone..

Exactly, it's their fault that we were able to retry missions endlessly, they should take the blame and update it to where we cant anymore. No need to reset everyone just fix your original problem and go on like it never happened.

I've looked at quite a few places R* updates and I haven't seen anything about resetting people. Whoever did say that needs to post proof.

For some reason I lost my character. Just signed on yesterday and it was gone and it completely restarted me on a new guy with no money. I don't know what happened.

Yes they will. R* has already confirmed that they will be resetting everyone to level 1 as it wouldn't be fair to those who are having problems. When the patch roles out to fix the Online issues, everyone will be getting reset.

Don't call me a mug. I did look it up. There's nothing about people getting reset otherwise PS3 users would've been reset.
