Get a decent car, go to Pay and Spray and sell it and when you click sell and you see the money go up on the top right press start then press LB to go to online store, click A to go into store and when your in there back out and then you can sell the car again:)

I did what you said, and it just put me outside of the pay n spray after I exited the marketplace.

Retry it... i done it myself 4 times then it just spawned me outside and i had to wait to sell a car again.

After trying it once, I'm getting, "We dont need any vehicles right now"
