I believe all of the apartments with the 10 car garage are the same. Just different locations

Different locations and views. Exact same layout apparently so if I was you I'd just buy the 200K apartment to save yourself some money

Same look, different view. But they were also talking about when the first dlc comes out it will add stuff to customize your apartment so the more expensive one will have more option and so on... At least that is what I heard...
