yes it does. works on all levels it just a bit buggy cause it the first version

please help
i already installed the apk and updated it .. then i logged in .. after i click (click to continue) the screen goes black then it goes back to the main page of blustacks ... please help i need this hack

Make sure that you uninstall any version of tapped out before installing the hacked one

It started now but i still have the same ammount of money donuts , and tickets what shall i do?

That's strange maybe try downgrading to a older version of bluestacks. that works for some people
