My friends characters have been deleted and they were pretty high levels.
Is their a way for them to retrieve them?

Happened to me as well but I hope their is a solution soon. I'm getting impatient with rockstar to fix all their issues.

As far as im aware, DELTED is a pretty universal term. Usually deleted things are well, deleted. So no.
