oh also do i need a wireless network adapter to use wifi when custom building?

Neither of these are CPU's, they are motherboards.
One uses the B85 chipset and one uses the H87.
If you plan to overclock, get the H87 and if not, the B85.

oh yeah my bad xD, do i need a network adapter to get wifi, or would my custom built pc connect to wifi already?

Just a simple Asus PCIe Wifi adapter will do, they are cheap now a days.
