I did this and lost my new character..

well it was saying press a or something then i deleted the tu and now it say just the rockstar servers are unavailable im level 39 with a adder and 400k apartment :)you may have just saved me thank you for posting this

tried 15+ times, this is absolute bullshit. Waste of time

When people loses their character is when the cloud servers are offline. The solution is simple ... if GTA V says the cloud servers is offline and to make a new character then simply dashboard. Why are people too stupid to realize that.

Foxs wrote 1. Keep dash boarding and reloading the game backup.

2. Delete the update and re-download it.


That's the only methods that have worked for me when I've lost my character.

Its just not being able to connect to the cloud servers, so have patience.


NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MADE A NEW CHARACTER AND ITS SAVED IN SLOT 1 YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MAIN CHARACTER.

So If my main was on slot 2 and it disappeared and made a new character in slot one. Is my main gone for good?
