So since all my stuff is gone. Please help me level up. I really don't want to waist any time going through everything again so you're willing to help me out, with like farming and such invite me.

I asked early and got no help and I can't help you either. Try doing races on your own - Criminal Records is a short race, around 30 seconds in an Adder - and just repeat. It sounds dull and believe me it is but it is a quick way of leveling up at a low level. When you get to around 6 do some missions and then when you get Meth'd Up just keep repeating it until about rank 10. When you are 10 just find a Violent Duct lobby on here and join it until you can host yourself and get some friends in. Sorry but that is the fastest way I can think of doing it from level 1 to 15. May take a solid 8 hours or so but that's all I can think of and know of.
