So I currently have $380,000.
I'm not sure on whether to purchase a high end $200k apartment or save up until I get $500k and purchase the most expensive apartment.
Apparently the 200k high end apartment is the same as the 400k one?

Just buy the 205K one, The 400K one just has a better view
