I picked killed Trevor and I actually want death wish is there any way for me to repick?

No there is no way to redo it and re save it.

Reload the gamesave to where you have to choose. If it autosaved after you picked or whatever, then you are screwed. Otherwise just reload the game before the mission where you choose.
