Never during classes. When you're paying thousands of dollars to go to school you better pay attention for that hour you're in class. After classes are over though I browse around here a lot.

Lol I go on all the time when I a free period and my teacher doesn't mind if I go on it It's not blocked in my school

Nope, school is important. But I will be making graphics in my Digital Media Class, so I will be creating graphics for people when I have the time of day

Id completely understand that if i were in college, but im a jr in high school atm.
