My money and crew are showing up, and It seems the cloud servers are up, but no charictars, for about the last 2-3hours on top of that right now as we speak it's telling me that I time out of the servers because it's failing to load my profile save, so my question is are my charictars gone for good? Or should I painfully wait and pray to the Xbox gods that it works? Please help..

I already did delete the title update! And I agree this is a joke, you make over 1 billion $ in the first 3 days, and your servers are complete crap.
