Okay so im not gonna cry to everyone or anything like that but i was just playing Gta online and i was robbing stores to save up for a good appartment then the game froze so i left it and went out, 20 minutes later i went back up and it was still frozen so i turnt my xbox off and back on again to see that my 2 characters was gone and so was my rank and my $170k heres a pic from social club

Anybody reckon that we will get our characters back because if not i definatly want a full refund on the collecters editon $70 + all the effort i put in to get my money
