Due to the fact that the servers are being hosted on high end toasters, the game is deleting peoples online saves. Saying "Oh the servers are probably offline just wait" isn't the case, because they're up now

Plus, I have proof they **** my save, look

So I have 0 rep, and haven't played online, but I have 776k?

Yea, the funny thing is here that during the unstable times, the constant downtime/ freezing, my profile never was reset of screwed up, but when the server is perfectly functioning (the last 1 hour) they managed to shit on my save. This isn't the case of replacing the first slot, because I never did, and for the past 30mins I've been loading online all different ways and I keep getting the option of Selecting a new character.

Actually its been like this ^ for about 12 hours now. My character is actually level one about six hours after my character was deleted. How ironic because my brother is on right now and his character isn't deleted and his playing with friends.

well, the servers aint up.. I cant connect. So yeah.. But I'm sure they'll compensate people if they have indeed lost their character

Did it says Rockstar Cloud Servers are down? If so did you make a new character in the slot your old character was saved in? If you did that your overwritten your previous character.

Idd if you overwrite your character you will lose it but if you dont he should come back i lost mine dashboarded a bit and it came back after about 30mins, he wasnt on the social club either

Yes, it did 45mins ago, but then it said "The connection has been re-established with rockstar" and I clicked continue, in which it reset my profile.

I didn't select any slot, Not planning on it till they fix their potato servers

Yeah its happened to me a couple times. Just wait till the cloud servers are back up and your character should be restored.

Have you guys ever thought of playing legitimately and enjoying the game? They're probably on this forum right now adding gt's to a "delete" list for boosting/grinding for your rank/money

If you haven't then, Well your out of luck.

Mine isn't showing up on the social club either but still shows the money, any chance it comes back?
