Just found this out recently didn't really think it would work but bloody hell it did!
What i did found the biggest and most simple course on the game for racing like the airstrip in fort zancuddo aswell as los santos international.
Make a race with whatever car, solo whatever time of day and weather just by yourself and do constant laps of the track put it to 99 to be sure.
Obviously we don't want to do 99 laps so therefore when you have reached 100 switch to single player via the roulette wheel and your character will have saved the level. I was careful with this considering the shambles that rockstar call servers.
