did you give out your details to any dodgy websites claiming to give you coins or duplicate players? because if you did then EA won't help you because it was your own fault :/

sorry to hear you got hacked btw, I was hacked on fifa 12 so I know the feeling

don't bother with the live chat.i got hacked on the first day,went on live chat 3 times and got 3 different things.in the end I got fed up and phoned them.i was told I had to wait 20 days while they check my account,thats their standard practise,i got a call back today and basically got told its with their "studio department" and that I will ust have to wait.they did give me 4 packs for the wait I had but I wanted my team and 3300 points back.i will know more when or if they call on Friday
ust keep bugging them and good luck though I have already given up thinking ill get them back

the email will tell you to wait 48hours or 20 days depending who you spoke to.do yourself a favour and phone them tomorrow and request a call back.they will cal you to save your bill as its a 0870 number.the live chat is in india,all they can do is pass it over to the studio department(they wont do this.i called them and spoke to a irish man who told me the procedure,
