I keep ringing martin and keep getting mixed up with coke

How to get the mission when you reach level 75:
Do 2 of any of Martins other missions by calling him or waiting for him to call you.
Do 1 random mission from anyone.
Go to Start Menu and go to Find New Session
Wait a little bit until you get the call from Martin. (You may get lucky and get the call earlier but this is how me and the few friends I am playing with did it.)
I got this from Se7enSins, But if you get the mission can you invite me?

try joining new sessions and recalling him over and over then it should give it to you if not try beating the one it gives you then calling him
also if you get it working and invite me then leave once i get in ill rep you
