yeah just call them. if someone logged into your account from another location you can easily prove it. they will look up sign in locations of the ip address

What kind of ban? Temp or Perma??? If its a perma-ban the chances of reversal are low, but if its a temp the chances of reversal are good

I'm guessing by it being locked that the XBLE is looking into it?
If that's the case then yes you have plenty options you just might have to wait a bit.
