My tools aren't working it says connected and i clicked on every single mod and it doesn't work

Is your console set as your default console in Neighborhood? XBLS.xex? take that off unless thats the exbls file? idk what they are using.. xbls is long gone so it might be putting errors through the other plugins.

Or you can just go ahead and download it through freestyle dash which might be easier
