That is not true, The tank costs 1.5mil
To get the tank you call Pegasus
To replace the tank you call Pegasus
It costs $1,000 to replace it.

People are having problems with the tank not saving and it happens so after I bought the tank and reloaded my character it got it's rank reset from a 71 to a 44 a few days ago and then my character went missing. My friend bought the tank and it didn't save at all for him. Not saying it's going to happen to you, just buy with caution. And you call Pegasus and they drop it off in the nearest location they can, it only cost a $1,000 to get it delivered.
