Someone explain why my CPU and RAM specs are not available
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
But in other places it shows the CPU and RAM specs... [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
How can I fix this? It's kind of unusual why it doesn't display

Have you tried refreshing your windows index score? I previously had this problem, until I resolved it. Best of luck to you!

There are other more reliable ways to check those specs of your system and more.

A program called Speccy by Piriform will help you check components without having to open your case.

Start --> search --> 'services.msc' --> search for 'Windows management instrumentation --> make sure it's on automatic, if it isn't switch it to automatic and restart your PC.

Hopefully that'll fix it, if it doesn't then reply and we can check some other things.
