im lvl 75 but cant get it ive tried all night

Apparently this mission is a ***** to get, just thought I'd start by saying this.

Okay you need to do Lesters missions - which is up to and including The Parking Garage - then you need to do Martins missions which are one where you kill a journalist, one where you kill a lawyer, Death From Above and also Mixed Up With Coke. Once you have done this go to story mode, go to online and join a random session then wait for him to send you Rooftop Rumble.

This took me 3 hours last night to do in total. Don't expect to get it quickly. This is how I got it so I assume you have to do the same. I tried calling Martin for 30 minutes earlier to try get the job and I was having no luck, so yeah it is a ***** to get.

I'm not really sure I waited around half the night for it to finally pop up for me and I tried everything I could so the best thing I got for you is wait. I know it's not the best answer but thats all I got

wow, im lvl 11 and you need 75 for that mission?
