okay it worked but when i click connect on a tool my jtag gets a black screen?

are you using the new xbdm.xex as plugin on dashlaunch?

im pretty sure because all the other tools work

well it depends whattool you are using some tool require xrpc.xex plugin some require rpc.xex and some use xrpc.xex make sure you have the plugins needed for tht tool set
