He wasn't the first one to hit 200. Someone I grind with reached 200 a couple days ago. Me and my two other friends would be over 200 too, but our characters disappeared. I had about 5 days played within 6. I've only had this character for two days and it's already a level 150. Only about a day of game time played. It's not hard. You just got to keep yourself up and constantly do the rooftop rumble mission.
