I need a good desktop, prebuilt, for $800 maximum. I can;t build one because of reasons so don;t tell me I should do that. Its for gaming, and just casual use. Games like: Skyrim, Minecraft, DayZ, and games of that nature. Thanks if you can help me.

Beast pre-build, but upgrade the Graphics card to a GTX 770 for $450 or get a GTX 760 for $250

Once u upgrade the graphics card u will be set, the one in there right now isnt too bad, i used to have one but it ran most games in medium to low graphics :/

I know you said not to but I suggest looking on youtube on how to assemble the PC components together and decide on your own parts, I've built one before and I'll be building mine with in a few days. It's quiet easy

The issue is that there is no such thing as a good pre-built for any budget when you're looking for cost effectiveness. Sure you could spend upwards of $8,000 on a beast of a machine on a pre-building website, but if you could spend that eight grand building yourself..well I don't even want to imagine..dear god..

Digitalstormonline is only good if you're a billionare who doesn't feel like he should do any work whatsoever, so he builds a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] with every goodie possible ($23,000 with everything amazing). You see, you could buy a brand new Ford Mustang for that kind of money.

I digress, the point is building your own will mean you'll actually get the most out of what you pay. If that doesn't make it worth the learning curve, I don't know what will.

The path I would recommend doing is to build a PC yourself. You'll specifically know what parts that you actually built with the system, so you can be satisfied nonetheless. It's also quite entertaining to build a PC by yourself, rather than buying it from a manufacturer. Most pre-built pc's also have numerous types of problems when it's shipped to you, my friend had to rma a PC he bought from Cyperpower pc twice. The first instance was a cheap mobo that he didn't order, and the second was a dead gpu. But, if you're afraid to walk down this path, I would recommend doing some research on PC parts and look at pre-assembled pc's on Craigslist, or I would recommend this pc. It's a pretty solid pc, but expect to get less bang for your buck if you choose to get a pre-assembled pc.
