The one that claimed it exists was only level 104 also claiming that you had to be level 104 to gain the mission therefore....

If that statement is true, then how can ANYONE know if it exists, even for the 104 that claimed to have experienced it, but lacked evidence thereof. If NO ONE has the requirements, it can't possibly exist.

If no one is high enough level, that would mean that nobody has ever experienced the mission, THEREFORE it does not exist. Maybe a mission at such a level does exist, but not the one specified. My eye-sight is just fine; I read your comment perfectly. You are misunderstanding.

Im 225 & unlike most people i play every new mission instead of farming 1 mission all day & have't unlocked that mission, Doubt that its there since 100k is probley going to be the pay out for heists
