I just got bad sport after trying to defend myself blowing up enemies after they kept constantly blowing up my entity. So how do I do it?. I heard you could commend people but how? I am willingly to do it with someone.

Go to a random lobby, go in game chat, ask everyone to commend you and you will do the same, leave, rinse and repeat

well I rode it out man but what you can do is commend so you go in to a lobby and press start then RB to online then A go down to players press on their name and select commend then helpful (only if you didn't know) and have your friend do it to you and apparently it takes off 10 hours if you are commended enough times.
