Also RockStar Doesnt have the power to Ban People On Xbox live , in order to do that they would have to pay a fine to Microsoft in order to ban you..

i have trouble believing this also because then they would have to reset 90% of the people that play the game and no one would play anymore

Funniest part about this that none of you have caught. At first he said he got banned from the gta servers now hes saying he got perma banned for a glitch. which would only result in a reset
